Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic business planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience creating data visualizations and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate data into business value.
