Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop statistical models and predictive algorithms to support strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, concise storytelling
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Strong statistical modeling experience and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments with minimal supervision
