Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Implement statistical modeling techniques to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
