Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Lead ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions and VBA knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating previous data-driven projects and business impact
