Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to optimize data delivery and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and product performance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects and visualizations
