Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders across departments
- Support A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to optimize product performance
- Clean, preprocess, and validate data ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings for knowledge sharing and compliance
- Participate in agile sprint cycles to deliver data-driven insights on time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience with SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and experimental design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data simply
