Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track business KPIs.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, ETL processes, and validation using SQL and Python.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product optimization.
- Translate raw data into clear, executive-level visualizations and written reports.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across departments.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define data requirements.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team's best practices documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
