Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and market trends
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Implement data quality controls and ensure integrity of analytics infrastructure
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects and impactful visualizations
