Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Transform raw data into clear, insightful visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security compliance across all analytical projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into business strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
