Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive reporting and stakeholder presentations
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Document data methodologies and ensure data integrity across all projects
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize data processing workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
