Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation processes to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, strategic narratives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data technologies to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.
- Partner with the finance and marketing teams to optimize budget allocation and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Expertise in Python or R for advanced data manipulation and modeling.
- Proven experience creating interactive visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to leadership.
