Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL processes to transform complex datasets into analysis-ready formats
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership teams
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience with SQL and Python/R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering insights that drive business impact
- Certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, AWS Certified Data Analytics) preferred
