Our ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, build predictive models, and present compelling visualizations that influence strategic initiatives. You'll work directly with executive stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and identify new market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Automate reporting processes using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R to enhance efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise narratives and compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (R, Python)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
