Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze multi-dimensional datasets to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and statistical modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with 2+ years in a senior role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
