Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through statistical modeling
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create compelling data narratives to influence strategic business decisions
- Maintain data integrity across multiple sources and databases

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities
