Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations for stakeholders across clinical and operational departments
- Design and implement data quality frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
- Lead A/B testing experiments to optimize patient care pathways
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance regulations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
