Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards for real-time business insights
- Lead A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Automate reporting processes and maintain data governance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge: hypothesis testing, regression analysis, experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Ability to translate complex findings for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects with measurable outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience mentoring analysts and driving data culture initiatives
