Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop data-driven recommendations
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Automate reporting workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and BI platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ETL processes
