Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create predictive models to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Implement data governance best practices and ensure data quality standards
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with healthcare industry background
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in regulated environments
- Certifications in Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS Data Analytics highly valued
