Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to improve data accessibility and decision speed
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance best practices
- Lead ad-hoc analyses supporting business strategy and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data analysis projects with measurable impact
- Experience in retail, logistics, or sustainability industries preferred
