Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify market trends and operational inefficiencies
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders with real-time KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design A/B tests and optimize customer acquisition strategies
- Develop automated data pipelines using AWS Glue and Redshift to ensure data integrity
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual storytelling and data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with SOC2 and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analytics with proven impact in B2B tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Tableau or Power BI certification with portfolio of enterprise-level dashboards
- Strong statistical analysis background including regression and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
