Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Python and SQL to process 10M+ daily transactions
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize KPIs for executive leadership teams
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize product features
- Collaborate with ML engineers to train predictive models using customer behavior datasets
- Present findings to cross-functional teams with actionable business recommendations
- Lead data governance initiatives ensuring 99.9% data accuracy across platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and cloud data warehouses
- Expert proficiency in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Proven track record in translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis methods
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics platforms (e.g., AWS Data Analytics Specialty)
