Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Present complex findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Implement data governance practices ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and improve team-wide data literacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
