Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business strategy.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, translating technical findings into accessible business insights.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries and support ETL processes to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and strong experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
