Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting processes
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders tracking KPIs across 15+ business units
- Conduct statistical analysis using regression and clustering models to identify market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Maintain data quality through ETL processes and anomaly detection protocols
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear visual storytelling and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio demonstrating complex dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Certifications (e.g., AWS Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist) highly valued
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
