This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week while collaborating with our vibrant downtown Nashville team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL and Python to identify market trends and performance metrics
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven reports
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R programming
- Proven track record building Tableau/Power BI dashboards with complex KPIs
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series analysis)
- Experience with healthcare data compliance (HIPAA) is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
