Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and predictive models using Tableau, Power BI, and ML frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing and operational strategies
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- Strong background in statistical modeling and experimental design methodologies
- Proficiency in cloud data warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift) and ETL processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (AWS/Azure certifications a plus)
- Experience with healthcare/retail industry data highly desirable
