Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with healthcare or financial datasets preferred
