Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and support strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to leadership through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehouses
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
