Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
- Create automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems and data quality
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis methods
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex dashboard examples
- Strong experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent business acumen and ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
