Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI

- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Optimize data collection methods and maintain data quality pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and improve team analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries highly valued
