Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL to automate reporting processes
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards providing real-time KPI monitoring for executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to convert data findings into actionable product recommendations
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring 99.9% data accuracy and compliance standards
- Mentor junior analysts through weekly tech talks and pair programming sessions
- Present quarterly insights to C-suite executives using compelling data storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in data analysis with proven remote work capability
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau/Power BI
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering, time series analysis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end data projects with measurable business impact
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex findings for non-technical stakeholders
