Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations with Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Partner with engineering teams to implement data pipeline improvements and automation
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings to strategic actions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
