Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reporting
- Maintain data integrity and implement robust data governance frameworks
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects required
