Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from data collection and cleaning to modeling and reporting.
- Design and maintain complex interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key business metrics.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to improve data retrieval efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Conduct predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, methodologies, and reports.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership to influence strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
