Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems, databases, and data warehouses
- Perform deep-dive analysis of sales, customer behavior, and operational metrics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and business outcomes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into product improvements
- Present findings to leadership with clear, compelling visual narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SAS) preferred
