Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical approaches.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
