Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key business metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive strategic initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop data-driven recommendations
- Maintain and optimize data models to ensure accuracy and performance across platforms
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
