Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech/finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced certification in Tableau or Power BI (e.g., Super User status)
- Strong background in statistical modeling (regression, time series, ML algorithms)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- MBA or Master's in Data Science/Statistics preferred
