Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases and ETL pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
