Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Expert level knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
