Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
