Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends
- Create comprehensive A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with HIPAA and PCI-DSS standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven track record in healthcare or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning fundamentals
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI required
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business strategy
