Responsibilities
- Query & Cleanse: Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract and clean large datasets from various sources.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and present real-time metrics to stakeholders.
- Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize findings and recommend strategic actions to leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes is highly preferred.
- Tools: Expert-level experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
