Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover actionable business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership with compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical software (Python/R)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
