You'll drive data-driven decision-making across our innovative fintech platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world challenges.
What You'll Achieve:
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for real-time analytics
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Partner with product teams to optimize user experiences
- Mentor junior analysts and foster data literacy
Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale transactional data to identify growth opportunities and risk factors
- Develop interactive dashboards for executive reporting and KPI tracking
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling for product optimization
- Document data processes and maintain data governance standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, actionable reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio examples
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environments
