Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract data from relational databases.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Identify new data sources and methodologies to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Partner with product managers to define metrics and track user engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
