Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Create interactive, high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to identify key business metrics and data requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and forecast future trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
