Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives
- Ensure data integrity across multiple sources and systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in agriculture, healthcare, or logistics analytics preferred
