- Develop statistical models to forecast trends and support business strategy
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion analytics best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analytics with proven impact in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent)
